What is the
difference between this package and the Regular Site
Hosting Package?
The Webmastered Site Hosting Packages are
designed for people who are not familiar with the
internet. This web site is entirely run by Pages 2 Go
professionals, while the business continues to do what
they do best, run their business. Even if you don't have
a computer you can get a Webmastered virtual server and
take full advantage of the internet.
How do I know if
my web site is doing anything?
Every Webmastered site is supplied with a
monthly statistical breakdown on the amount of users per
web page on the web site. Pages 2 Go gives you
information which allows you to see that your site is
actually reaching people.
What kind of
benefits are there for making my site Webmastered?
There are several benefits, some of which
include: no set up fee, monthly statistics, an hour of
modifications each month, no monthly transfer limits, and
much more. Please check out our services for more
information.
If I don't have
you modify anything in one month can I use that hour the
next month so I could have two hours?
Sorry, no. The one hour of modifications is not
cumulative. If you do not use it one month it will not
carry over to the next month.
If I have a
newsletter or some other information that I need updated
regularly, will you do that, and how much will it cost?
This is where the one hour of modifications come
in handy. Most of the time your free hour of
modifications is sufficient to allow you to get things
such as newsletters and flyers onto your web site.
However, if you need work done that takes longer than one
hour, you will be charged the reduced rate of $25.00/hr
for further modifications over the hour limit.
What if I want to
use my hour to have modifications done to the layout of
the web site?
That is fine, minor modifications will fall into
the one hour, but any work beyond that is still
susceptible to the $25.00/hr charge.
If I don't have a
computer, how will I get my business e-mail?
If you don't have access in any way to receive
your e-mail Pages 2 Go does have services set up to have
your e-mail either faxed or sent via regular postal
